Fees & Charges
Please note that Dr Hain does not bill insurance companies (and is out of network with all insurance plans) and will bill your family directly for her services. While she can provide you with a copy of her bill, this does not guarantee payment by your insurance company, and you should assume that her fees will be “out of pocket” (not reimbursed by your insurance plan).

Autism Concerns
Evaluation of a child for Autism Spectrum Disorder: $2000-$3000 (depending on age/school attendance of the child).
- Comprehensive history
- Interviews with teachers
- Observation of a preschool child in his/her school setting
- Observation of a school aged child in the school setting (if allowed)
- Home visit: Dr Hain meets you and your child in your home
- Play-based assessment of the child using the Childhood Autism Ratings Scale (CARS-2-ST or CARS-2-HF)
$2000-3000
Other Initial Evaluations
Other initial evaluations, for example a child with concerns for ADHD, mood disorders, a child with established diagnosis (eg, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD) whose family would like consultation for medical management: $1500.
- Comprehensive history

- Observation of a school aged child in the school setting (if allowed)
- Home visit: Dr Hain meets you and your child in your home

Establishing regular follow-ups with Dr Hain:

Recommended for long-term medication management: Enrollment in concierge service, with in-person or telemedicine visits whenever needed: $250 per month
Fee-for-service at $250/30 minutes, $500/hour
